SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 Delivery

All products are shipped in a  plain mailing bag or box via your specified choice of delivery. All delivery addresses will be copied as per the customer input at checkout/signup.

 If the product cannot be delivered, or is not collected from your local sorting office and returned to us, we will charge an administration fee of £4 per item to cover the cost of resending to correct address. While we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our pledge, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused.

You may be required to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If you are not at home when the parcel arrives, a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery date with the courier.

Products that are currently in stock are normally dispatched within 24 - 48 hours of your cleared payment but please allow 2/5 workinjg day (EXCEPT BANK HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS). In the event that a product has been overlooked, and is currently out of stock, you will be notified of this and we offer a full refund.

ALL international orders, without exception will HAVE to be sent international recorded delivery. This is to protect YOU and to protect us,also we do not post to P.O BOXES

Lingerie Products 

Please note, that due to the nature of the lingerie industry, where very little is manufactured in the UK, the products we offer are imported from the USA. Although UK stocks are obviously kept, if items go out of stock, especially at busy times of the year, timescales are extended as to when items are restocked. Therefore, depending on stock availability, delivery therfore can take up to 14 working days. If this happens, the order will be placed on hold for a back-order, giving you the opportunity to wait, or cancel the order accordingly.

Damage In transit

It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 24 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to affect your claim against the carrier.

Shortage

It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If you suspect that there are items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and we are to be notified within 24 hours.

Incorrect Goods

Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use the items. It is your responsibility to notify us.

Non deliveries

We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 7 days from expected delivery date.
We shall accept no liability for shortages, non deliveries, incorrect goods or damaged on delivery outside the stated time scales. Except when extenuating circumstances have prevented the notification within the stated time scale

Please allow 15 working days for non delivery of items from expected delivery date as described on the Royal Mail  Website,If after 15 working days you still have not received your item,we will replace the item,but not before the 15 working days,because the item might arrive within that timescale

RETURNS POLICY

Our returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and sealed packaging intact, clothing must have labels attached) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item- We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 7 days unless they are faulty.

1. The goods must be unused.

2. The goods must be in their original condition & UN-OPENED packaging.

3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.

4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

5. The goods must be received back within 7 days from the day your receive order.

6. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods at the member's cost.

7. All Goods must be returned in resale condition. If the goods are not returned in the same resale condition to which they we received, then goods will be returned to the member at their cost.
